If the passenger does not appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the ride will be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Requests to modify your booking (pickup time, location, or vehicle) are subject to availability. If changes cannot be accommodated and the booking is canceled, the cancellation terms above will apply.
In rare cases where Go With Limo must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, mechanical issues, or driver unavailability), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing times may vary.
